Dr. Lee was recently honored with the Vitals Compassionate Doctor Award. This honor is awarded to those doctors whose patients feel treat them with kindness and compassion. Every year hundreds of thousands of patients provide online feedback about their doctors that include areas such as bedside manner, doctor-patient face-time, and the degree of follow-up. Patients also provide an overall rating.
While many doctors receive positive feedback from their patients, only a few receive praise about the compassion associated with their care. Of over 870,000 practicing doctors in the nation only 3% were accorded this honor in 2013.Dr Lee has received this award for three consecutive years.
